Providing full technical support for the engineering department which includes installing, maintaining and updating computer software for all the network clients. Also it includes managing network printers and network connections. The engineering department has about 160 computers running Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.

As a part of undergraduate program for Computer Science Degree of KFUPM, designed a database system for tracking computers and their locations for inventory purposes. Assisted the network administrator in connecting the PC labs using Ethernet cards and coaxial cables. Used the Policy editor for Windows 95 to add restrictions on the network.
