I am part of management in the said company which provides services for civil construction and metal fabrication. My prime Responsibility is to compile and prepare monthly payments, and also to compile facts and figures for backup calculations of claims.I act as a liaison between the head office and different site managements for their project planning, procurements, purchases, and construction site management and administration.
During this tenure with the company I was attached with following projects
1) Supervision of purchases for Saifee Masjid Renovation Project, Rawalpindi
2) Supervision of purchases for Metal Sheds in Rawat and DHA.
3) Supervision of procurements, purchases for the installation of porta Cabins and Storage Containers in Westridge, Rawalpindi
Current projects which I am the part of
1) Supervising supply of metal fabrication disciplines provided to NEC(New Embassy Compound) US Embassy Islamabad
Currently providing my abilities in execution of different projects regarding procurement, purchases, payments, and managing undergoing construction sites.
During my working experience I was attached with the following projects.
1) Construction and renovation of Barista Café at US Embassy Islamabad.
2) Renovation of Studio 54 at US Embassy Islamabad.
I was the part of the management in execution of project of strengthening and construction involving modification of frame structure to enhance seismic loading capacity of union bank, Rawalpindi.My responsibility includes procurement; prepare the monthly payments and progress reports.
