- Perform whole currencies trades between the branch and other exchanges
- Monitoring market rates.
- Buying and selling currencies
- Evaluating customer care quality and monitoring follow-ups.
- Approving all transactions upon process
- Attending all customer needs and complaints
- Signatory officer.
- Submit staff appraisals
- Providing training to new staff.

- Handling foreign currencies (45 currencies).
- Buying and selling currencies and travelers cheques.
- Issuing money transfer and paying incoming transfer.
- Operate western union system.
- Issuing drafts. And payment order.
- Handling cash on the branch (excess on cash and shortage)
