Management by INFELCO DEGREMONT company (INFOR EAM System COGNOS report with SQL statement) From 1/4/2012 to …………… - Maintenance Planner : • Keep the CMMS fully operational. • Do necessary modifications, and do day to day maintenance work orders generation and closer. • Forecast and analyse data and trends to create reports that highlight areas needing improvement • Assists in project planning and preparing project documentation such as change requests and user manuals • Create technical design specification and develop analytical reports using COGNOS Report, Crystal Reports, MS SQL server, or other application development tools. • Studies recurring problems of equipment reliability or problems relating to safety and work conditions. • Review the work to be performed and determine the best way to accomplish the work. They will consult with Leads, Supervisors, Originator, Production Supervisors, Planner/Schedule and Stores as necessary. • Provide all types of reports from CMMS and other database as and when the finance and management required. • Ensure that all data is entered into the CMMS about the Recourses utilized during routine technical activities. • Develop trend analysis and trend reporting for KPIs • Assists the PPM Chief for prepare maintenance budgets and follows them up • Assists the Maintenance manager with the preparation of maintenance Scheduled and planning with its resources and load balance and follows them up • Assists the Store Manager with the preparation of stock movement reports and follows them up as stock movement reports, stock balance report, AVG Shelf Life report ….. - CMMS Administrator : • Work to monitor users and processing system according to the requirements of functional specification and organization chart of the company. • Work to apply the INFOR EAM in Store Section with required reports using COGNOS. • Work to apply the INFOR EAM in Procurement Section with required reports using COGNOS. • Applied business requirements, determine implementation strategy and translate into reports, portals, or dashboards that improve the business, meet strategic goals and conform to best practices and standards. • Forecast and analyse data and trends to create reports that highlight areas needing improvement. • Create technical design specification and develop analytical reports using COGNOS Report, Crystal Reports, MS SQL server, or other application development tools. • Studies recurring problems of equipment reliability or problems relating to safety and work conditions. • Review the work to be performed and determine the best way to accomplish the work.
