Investigating and reviewing the utilization of personnel, facilities, equipment and materials, current operational processes and established practices, to recommend improvement in the efficiency of operations. - Making (Environmental, Ergonomics and Health & Safety) studies to achieve a good working environment.
-Making the full calculations & Designing the whole mechanical parts of the transformers.
-Making a full 3-D modeling & Assembly for the whole transformers parts with solidworks.
- Giving the technical support for the planning dept. with the sequence of production & times in which we need materials.
-Giving the technical support for production dept. for any new design or any unclear thing in design which the production engineer needs our help to explain how to do.
-Giving the technical support for process dept. to try to overcome any future problems results from design dept.
-participating in a team of material delivery to check if the supplier materials meets our requirements or not.
- Giving the technical support for the store to use the slow motion materials in the store for our designs.
- Giving the technical support for the ORACLE team & participating in making an oracle system for the whole factory.
Kind of work: Maintenance, production & CNC turning M/C programmer Engineer
Working Field:
‐Programming a “Tornado Colchester 310” CNC turning M/C & operating it to produce chlorine cylinders valves components.
‐Assembly of the components of the chlorine cylinders valves & examines these complete valves to the applied chlorine cylinders pressure.
‐Maintaining factory different pumps, compressors, valves, belts, pulleys……& different factory machines & making the needed spare parts in the production workshop.
‐Working in the different machines of the production workshop like “turning machine, shaping machine, milling machine, saw machine of metals, saw machine of wood, electrical scissors of sheet metals, riveting & drilling machine.
- I get a bachelor degree from Cairo University ‐Faculty of engineering - My specialization is in Mechanical Design & Production Department. - My graduation cumulative grade: Good percentage: 70.8% - My graduation project: Making automatic & manual robots & competing in Robocon 2008 domestic competitions. - My graduation project grade: Excellent
