• Monitor inventory according to company guidelines

Regularly review operational performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement and drive changes centrally taking into account interdependencies between various processes

Responsible for conducting Internal Audits and Supplier Audits reports maintained and sent to Management
Responsible for closing all Audit Findings and Follow up of any pending NCR
Monitoring supply temperature averages for all shipments to ensure goods supplied is within the cold chain requirements.
Responsible for QA/QC instruments calibration which include Data Loggers, Laser Guns, Chiller Rooms, Weighing Scales and Electronic weighing pallet jacks.
Maintaining records and initiating renewal of Occupational Health Cards for all staff working within the company as per requirements of Dubai Municipality.
Maintaining and reviewing QA/QC Manual
Record, Maintain and Implement all prerequisite Programs required for the HACCP, ISO programs
Recording data of Damaged pallets for each shipment
Responsible to follow up with maintenance team for issues regarding the same.
Providing customers with corrective and preventive actions in case of any complaints raised by end customer.
Responsible for the Maintenance of Safety and Hygiene Standards as per the Laws and Regulations that Applies to food safety.
Interact with vendors/suppliers to ensure quality of all purchased items.
Assists with Compliance Audits of Dubai Municipality as well as customer and third- party Audits.

Responsible for conducting Random inspections of all dry, fresh and frozen products arriving for delivery/Storage into the warehouse against established specifications and regulatory standards as per DM and USDA requirements.

Reporting on day to day Quality Related activities to Quality Manager.
Making sure that Inspection of all the incoming goods, Packaging Material are: Inspected, Sampled, Measured or Analyzed, Evaluated, and Reported upon.
Ensuring that Traceability, FIFO, Production Dates, Expiry dates, True Reflection of Product and Material, are maintained and recorded as per the standard operating procedures.

Coordinating with other Departments (Operations, Technical purchase, provision purchase, cold / dry / technical store & Port Operations in UAE) to ensure a harmonized approach to management system of Seven Seas Ship chandlers in accordance with the Integrated quality management processes & procedure manual.
Analyzing SRV’s (Sales Return Voucher) and scrutinize accordingly. Any particular error identified in this process was taken up by QAM to resolve it with top Management.
Analyzing boarding Reports, feedback forms.
Analyzing Delivery Receipts Not Invoiced DNI.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience.
Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available to managers.
Arranging the repair of any QA / related equipment that is malfunctioning.
