Responsible for quotation and open order backlog management for the entire quotation and order life cycle
Handling spare parts enquiries from Outotec Customers globally
Quotation preparation and Sales Order handling in SAP
Pricing of spare parts according to Outotec pricing policy

Assisting logistics team for import documentation, custom clearance and shipping
Coordinating inspections when required, follow-up manufacturing plans
Preparing supplier claim if needed in cooperation with Supply
Responsible for purchasing related item data management in ERP, Purchase price, lead times, Sourcing Categories
Taking care of daily supplier operative interface building effective supply chain partnerships
Follow up global purchasing processes and sourcing rules
Having the responsibility in supply base development
Identifying potential to harmonize and consolidate supplier base for purchased items
Developing suppliers for strategic partnerships for consignment stocking agreements to enable further growth
Coordinating sourcing activities in large spare part projects
Ensuring spare part agreed prices availability in ERP
Participates in supplier auditing
Supports or manages the project specific purchase negotiations
Compiling and files the commercial documentation
Managing the supplier invoices, guarantee issues, claim process etc.
Reports the supplier performance
Supporting item creation requests including relevant data sheets and drawings
Supporting part Itemization process
Order backlog and continuous date management
Support quotation support with technical clarification
Support quotation preparation with content and item definition
Support quotation preparation in other technically complex cases
Support spare parts documentation collection and creation
Managing customer order fulfilment
Maintaining a good rapport with suppliers on timely response.
