-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales in the assigned territory by
meeting them in person, online meeting, via email and telephone calls.
- Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing

- Position and sell complete products and services offerings of GSS with the help of pre -sales consultants, which
includes Enterprise Compute, Cyber Security, Networking solutions, Microsoft solutions, Hardware & Infrastructure,

- Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process, by taking
ownership of the commercial agreement for each client.
- Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of end-to-end IT offerings including IT infrastructure,
Security Technologies, Cloud, RPA, Managed services & Digital transformation in local competitive environment.
- Coordinating with multiple vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Arcserve, Citrix, SonicWall, Oracle, VMware, Sophos, Dell, MS Azure,
HPE, Lenovo, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Automation Edge, UiPath, IBM, Palo Alto & Checkpoint, and distributors (Logicom,
Redington, Ingram, Mindware, Amp Connect, Bulwark, Star Link, Westcon etc.) to get the best possible solutions.
- Maintain strong technical awareness of assigned products, professional and managed services, and general knowledge
of other service offerings within company.
- Manage & maintain customer database to have overall track of all the prospects and prepare reports on account status.
