Ensuring that key stakeholders using IT systems and services have optimum operating systems and applications. This includes delivering IT environments and digital workspaces, as well as ensuring the availability of infrastructure, software and resources to support the work of the university.
• Application and software packaging (MacOS & Windows)
• Weekly MacOS updates and patching
• Requirement gathering and Building Task Sequences
• Requirement gathering to build and support operating systems
• Consultation to Faculties, Service Divisions and the wider university to advise and formulate systems, hardware and applications within the university workspace
• High quality customer support and ensuring all changes are communicated to key stakeholders
• Responding to service outages to ensure minimal disruption
• Documentation of service upgrades including the Jamf Pro server upgrade
- Lifecycle support for Desktop hardware components
- Vendor liaison with major suppliers/partners around the desktop & mobile environments, to plan changes and escalate issues.
- Maintain and develop knowledge around current and planned developments within the desktops and mobile environments.
- Contribute to the Desktop on-call support roster.
Manage and respond to incidents and requests, including prompt and comprehensive updates.
- Facilitate educational opportunities for users of supported services so that the users are kept up to date with options and changes.

September 2012 - February 2013 Property Transfer Executive (Promotion) - Emaar Properties
• Handle all property transfer transactions including transfers, mortgages, and No Objection Certificate requests.
• Handle land registrations as well as pre-registration of Emaar Properties.
• Assist Home-owners with freehold visa queries
• Constant follow ups on any pending issues with the Dubai Land Department
• Prepare Arabic letters addressed to the Dubai Land Department
• Deliver Title Deeds to the homeowner
• Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines

• Preparing ‘No Objection Certificate’ letters for property transfer addressed to the Dubai Land Department.
