Job title: Director of information technology
-Responsible for all enterprise wide IT services and solutions, including infrastructure and architecture, application development, information security, networks and outsourcing, as well as all IT deployments, operations and support.
-Align IT Operations objectives, short and long-term plans and strategies with organization business plans, objectives and strategies.
-Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term technical plans for managing and maintaining enterprise IT.
-Support and maintain incumbent technology systems and services. Develop maintenance and update plans. Identify design, implementation, and operational problems of technology systems; develop solutions to improve the operations, reliability, and integrity of systems.
-Work closely with application operations teams in implementation of infrastructure components supporting updates to existing technologies and the implementation of emerging technologies and applications.
-Develop the Division's functional strategy in line with the Organizational strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal incorporation with other interfacing functional strategies across
-Ensure that systems Devices Frame ware are documented and kept updated to current state.
-Establish metrics and KPI to document and to communicate process performance
-Leads and manages IT projects, deployments, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading and support.
-Participate actively in Scrum software development process as Scrum Master.
-Head responsibility to analyze, design, develop and support all software application systems.- Manage staff members in their daily activities as well as supporting business projects.
-- Develop and manage relationships with vendors.
-Ensure IT architecture and standards are developed and implemented in line with the highest quality standards and monitor the IT's SLAs.

-Define and manage IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies and plans.
-Defining and implementing roadmap to leverage horizontal scale across a wide range of technical capabilities to reduce costs and maximize profits.
- Lead the IT Team staff to achieve the goal of Network Team in the Company
-Install, configure, support and maintain firewalls, security devices and security best practice configurations (ASA, IPSs, Switches, Routers, WLC, SIEM, DLP, AAA, WSA, ISE and any Network Equipment…).
-Daily administration and oversight of the network operations
-Configure and troubleshoot voice/data networks and IP network technology.
-Responsible for All Wireless Equipment in the environment for modeling, design,

-Determine levels of security controls and systems monitoring at all levels of the security architecture
-Opening work tickets and providing support with production outages, assisting with product Migrations/installations as the business requires.
-Responsible of Data Center (HQ - DR) operation and maintenance
-Ensure that the equipments are maintained and kept in excellent working conditions
-Investigate and respond to security violations
-Configure and maintaining VPN remote access like any connect and Cisco VPN client
-Review and assess IT security requirements and network topology for current and new solutions.
-Create and maintain the enterprise's Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan
-Manage service providers and content providers negotiation, agreements and contracts
-Supervise the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and security audits
