Supporting all desktop IT Services including desktop PCs, laptops, PDAs, IP telephony, troubleshooting LAN and Internet issues and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics Nav and LS Retail POS. • Configuration and Managing Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 & 2016.
• Managing Windows Active Directory Domain and Exchange Servers.
• Configuring and troubleshooting server core 2012 & 2016.
• Performing routine backups & archival of servers to assist with disaster recovery plan using Vembu BDR
• Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server
