Supporting all desktop IT Services including desktop PCs, laptops, PDAs, IP telephony, troubleshooting LAN and Internet issues and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics Nav and LS Retail POS. Manage routine maintenance jobs, database backups, websites maintenance to ensure that they are online 24/7, secure & robust.

Responsible for entire IT infrastructure of corporate headquarters and 8 remote offices. Provide leadership and direction administrators at remote locations. Hands-on manager and technical lead for all IT-related projects.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical guidance and support for MS Dynamics Nav users.
• Maintenance and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV & LS Retail.
• Installation and configuration of MS Dynamics NAV client and server.
• Organising inventory management for the retail stores, generating reports and posting inventory.
• Experience of implementing Sales Order/Purchase Order Processing and Inventory.
• Creating Discount Coupons and Offers.
• Providing business Insights and reports for Finance, Stock Movement and daily sales and purchases using Microsoft Power BI.
• Configuration and Managing Active Directory on Windows Server 2012 & 2016.
• Managing Windows Active Directory Domain and Exchange Servers.
• Configuring and troubleshooting server core 2012 & 2016.
• Performing routine backups & archival of servers to assist with disaster recovery plan using Vembu BDR
• Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server
• Enterprise application support and administration (e.g., Email, SQL Server, Anti-Virus, Data Backup and Recovery, etc.).
• Responsible for security policy and virus protection.
• Managing day to day support on Windows Server and Backup servers through frequent visit to data centre units
