Duties & Responsibilities:
As Administrative Assistant III;
- Arrange meetings & act as primary contact for whomever want to have appointment with the Manpower manager as well as with the Administrative Director.
- Receive, screen, register, distribute and prioritize all incoming/outgoing correspondence, memos faxes and mails.
-Prepares and types a variety of correspondence as required by the department.
- Attends and Take up minutes of meetings as required by the Department.
- Prepares Manpower monthly reports Commits.
- Process prepares staff's TRA applications, coordinate leave's schedules, travel request sick leaves, overtime, evaluations and prepares attendance sheets for monitoring and record purposes.
- Liaise with al internal & external colleagues & staff who seek help & advice.
- Provide coverage for other Staff members under Administrative Affairs Department, whenever is required.
- Prepares requisition of office Supplies, equipment maintenance and follow up requests for support services departments, whenever is required.
- Assist management(compensation & benefits) in the development and implementation of policies & procedures in relation with job description forms.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to NGHA policies & governmental regulations concerning the department.
- Performs other applicable tasks, duties as assigned and willing to work overtime during working hours or at the weekends.

-Communicate with patients and their family members, both verbally and in writing, all instructions required relating to Medical Imaging procedures.
-Present all the information concerned in a respectful and caring way.
-Ensure that patient bookings are organized and scheduled in accordance with the department policies and procedures.
-Organize the area work well, ensuring proper filing of patient examination request forms and Receive telephone calls from Hospital staff, Patients and relatives and relay the information to the personnel concerned in an accurate and expeditious way.
-Prepares patent's appointment schedules, medical reports & admission notification.
