Responsibilities:
• Prepare IT services scope of work for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Handling project implementation from customer side
• Communicate project status to clients and SHABAKKAT team stakeholders
• Review technical documentations provided by IT service provider
• Participate in ERP System requirement gathering sessions
• Prepare IT policies and procedures
• Writing Technical Document and/or user manuals for the developed solutions
• Participate in systems testing to verify that the systems meet SHABAKKAT requirements
• Provide training sessions to end users
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Responsibilities:
• Administrate NITI (Saudi Aramco (SA) and the Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC)
website and handle daily backup
• Implement an intranet portal for NITI as one access point for other applications and services
• Prepare IT services scope of work for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation,
Intranet portal, Document Imaging and Library Management System
• Participate in ERP, Trainee information System, Document Imaging, Library Management System
and Learning Management System requirement gathering sessions
• Daily micromanagement of the ERP project to ensure strict adherence to the envisioned plan
• Liaise with ERP service provider for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
• Review technical documentations provided by IT service provider
• Handle NITI email exchange server
• Prepare IT software’s plan and hardware infrastructure
• Prepare IT policies and procedures
• Writing Technical Document and/or user manuals for the developed solutions
• Provide training sessions to end users
• Administrating NITI Trainee Information System (People Soft campus solution)
• ID card and sticker design, requirements, testing (using CARDPRESSO XXS) and end user training.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for NITI Systems.
