- Create an initial pro-forma investment return analysis, to present to the acquisitions officer.

- Assemble and analyze due diligence information as directed.

- Perform hold/sell and refinance assessments.

- Monitor portfolio performance vs. pro-forma

- Research demographic information for potential markets.

- Investigate new business markets proposed by the Investment Manager or the Director of operations.

- Perform feasibility study for potential investments and acquisitions and present it to the investment manager

Administrative Officer Tasks:

Recruitment:

Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines.
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.

The City is a 400-bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Medical Center which opened 30th October 2002 to provide care to both inpatients and outpatients. The city provided the highest quality of medical care by highly experienced physicians, therapists, nurses, and support staff. The facility covers more than 1, 000, 000 square meters, and is located just north of Riyadh in the Banban area. I joint the city as a volunteer in Patient Relations section.
