• Maintenance and repair of light and heavy vehicles and equipment (sedan vehicles, pickup 1, 3 & 7 tons, buses, big trucks, wheel loaders, backhoe, load all, Telehandler, skid steer loaders, generators, compressor, vibrators ....etc).
• Arranging and controlling procedure of repair and maintenance inside workshop (arranging workshop into divisions \[mechanic, electric, and tire repair ….etc\] and defining the responsibility of each technician at every division).
• Planning quality control system, putting the rules and procedure on how to deal with the coming vehicles and equipment for repair and maintenance (how to make inspection and identify trouble, identifying the needed spare part and material and making the requisition …etc).
• Training and improving skills for all equipment operators and workshop mechanics
• Maintenance and repair of tower cranes ( Potain, Liebherr ).
• Maintenance and repair of concrete placing boom and high pressure concrete pumps ( Schwing, Putzimaster ).
• Arranging the purchase of all equipment and vehicles and the necessary spare parts for repair.
• Employing the new drivers, mechanic and tower cranes and equipment operators.
• Arranging the hire of equipment from the company to the sites and from outside supplier if it is not available.
• Transportation coordination for all company vehicles and equipment.
• Arranging a main store for all equipment’s.

• Controlling spare parts supply (purchase) and inspection.
• Planning industrial safety system (using eye and hand protection tool, fire alarm and fire fighting system, training the technician on the write way of loading and following up the precaution).
• Planning file system for each vehicle and equipment dealing with the workshop (recording repair and maintenance, year of production, model ….etc) and scheduling the time of inspection and maintenance for the whole year.
• Monitoring the quality of repair and maintenance.
