RECRUITMENT
¤ Planning recruitment for active positions upon receiving recruitment requisition form

¤ Prepare referral bonus report on a monthly basis

TRAINING
¤ Provide pre-Induction and Facility touring for the new employees
¤ Develop Training presentations
¤ Organize and coordinate for training and development courses
¤ Consolidate and analyze statistical data on training feedback forms
¤ Train HR staff, provide on-the-job training to new employees
¤ Prepare Training status report on a monthly / quarterly basis as required to the Assistant HR Manager.

Others

¤ Handle new HR projects (HR Marketing, Employee Engagement, Training policy, Induction Kit…etc)
¤ Prepare Induction Plan for the seniors and the head
¤ Responsible for organizing all the needed resources before new hire joins.
¤ Counsel and assist employees at all levels in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
¤ Provide Air Ticket allowance for Employees + Authorized Dependents when it’s needed
¤ Handle UAE National Pension Formalities
¤ Translate legal contracts when required
¤ Prepare Arabic letters, the translation from English to Arabic when needed
