Medmarine shipping - Marshall island are foreign ship's owner's company which owns a roro / cargo / passenger's vsls working specially in red sea area between Jeddah / aqaba / Suez /adabya / port sudan / hodidaha ports, I be in charge and responsible for commercial & shipping manager and responsibilities included:
- Contacting with all red sea port agencies and coordinate with them abt vsl trade shdle during month/year, and review all port d/a invoices and any problems may happen during vsl stay at port
- put the prices polices for sea fright during all year period and responsible for arrange and sign the charter party with clients
- using EdI systems by efficient way, and arrange all cargo doc's including manifest, b/l
- review the vsl stow plan, and book a cargo acdg vsl size& capacity, plus arrange a cargo plane after check& review with master
- responsible for contact and manage with port authorities, Suez canal, sanitary control, port polices, coast guard, and other local authorities
- responsible for contact and manage with vsl flag office/vsl class office / port state / technical department / ship master / insurance company / p&I office ..etc and coordinate with them and solve any vsl problems may cause a delay in vsl trade shdle,
- keep review of valid vsl certificates, and follow up with any kind of vsl survey
- manage and control the sign on & sign off vsl crew, and ensure the qualifications and experiences for any joining vsl crew
- manage and dealing with shipyard and works shop, for vsl dock survey & maintains
- Booking a vsl bunker qty and L.oil which it needs with best prices and also negotiate abt the payment facility
- Arrange a vsl spare parts which may need from most famous source around the world with also good prices and best term of payment
- Control of all vsl supply's and ship services by the supplier's and marine contractor's in all ports dealing with
- Keeping a good relation ship with all client's, port authorities & ministries specially in Egypt & Jordan & Sudan &Yemen and Saudi Arab
- review the ship agent's accounts statements and review all ship invoices, and also put a strategies for minimize any add expenses
- audit and evaluate the ship agents performance, competence, efficiency ..est
- design and program a software solutions for achieve a firm strategies and account control, specially foreign and agents accounts
- review and follow the financial payments, debit and credit account statements ..ect
