My responsibility is the end-to-end performance and profitability of the local Ocean Freight Product team which includes Operations and Customer Service. This role drives performance of the team while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
To make a strong relationships with multinational shipping lines to facilitate our services \[prices, rates, customers service etc \].
Sending quotations to customer (Import, export and custom clearance).
Follow up issuing the original B/L with shipping line concerning
Export business.
Follow up all brokers and staff custom clearance ((Import and Export)) ocean and Air to achieve the procedures on time.
Follow up with the staff delivering and receiving the documents concerning shipments on time.
follow up all daily reports that are issued by Operation staff
Follow up customers satisfaction about our services and also work to solve any problems
Follow up of financial collection with our customer according to agreements and contracts

flat bed, curtain said, reefer trucks and flat bed with Gen-set
Follow up all requests transportation sent by customers
Issuing all quotation rates for transportation services
Follow up with the operation staff special for transportation to move the trucks on time based on customers request
Follow up with operation Staff each trucks already achieve our target at the end of month or not
Follow up with operations staff loading and discharged to all trucks to avoid any some delaying may be happen by some customers
Follow up with the operation staff to deliver the cargo on time and make sure of the arrival cargo conforming to the specifications without any damage

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Sea freight, Air freight, Customs Brokerage and Overland departments and operations
• Maintain a continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and improve performance to customers
• Ensure personnel are trained, technically competent and well informed of changes in customer service requirements and regulatory matters
• Increase competency level of all personnel to ensure quality, productivity, compliance and outstanding service
• Aligns staffing resources for planning overall business requirements
. Updating customers on the Customs Rules and regulations, pertaining to their shipments
• Ensure all relevant/applicable customer and MEXX Corporate KPI’s and guidelines are met
