We, ZAM Ventures LLP, are development consultants aiming to provide knowledge based sustainable and energy efficient solutions through collaborative approaches.

We partner with international brands to provide environmentally friendly solutions to businesses in Pakistan.

As Co-founder and Business Development Manager, I am supervising the following tasks :

1- Setup and legal formalities (SECP registration, bank, WEBOC (import license), hiring etc. for our office.
2- I am leading the sales, marketing and business development departments for all fields that we are working in.
3- My duties also include exploring new opportunities through partnerships and long-term contracts.
4- We completed our pilot phase projects in following fields:
a - HVAC (heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning) for pharma factory, Gathering Hall, hospitals and Showrooms. We are Sole distributors for HVAC manufacturers "Windmason", Saudi Arabia.
b - Elevators - we have completed installation of few new projects in Islamabad. We also offer maintenance services of elevators repair and annual contracts for governmental and private setups.
c - Braille Script Services - We are providing services to banks in Pakistan that are looking for Braille Script services for visual impaired customers. We are also offering our services to private sectors. Currently we are the only firm that provides Braille transcription along with ink print for any document.
d- Logistics (imports and Exports) -We are providing Import/export and Logistics services to few clients. We also exporting "Products Of Pakistan" such as rice, Himalayan salt, corn etc.
e- Solar projects - We import and install Solar power projects to different sectors. We have successfully completed many projects for residential. commercial, industrial and Agriculture sector clients.

Procurement is not just buying varied materials from the suppliers; it is the process of planning & identification, evaluating 100s of suppliers, selecting suppliers, adjusting the supplier performance goals, contract management, and payment evaluations.  Local and international purchase of materials/equipment required

• Logistics:
 Dealing prices and quotations with Shipping companies, courier services and transportation companies for all local purchases and international procurements.
 Dealing with Customs clearance agents for shipping clearance from customs and providing them all documentation required (like original documents from shipper in origin, authorization, bank payment proofs, approval from government department (such as CITC) for import of telecom items).
