I have trained the personnel in 3 times faster than originally. I have placed plant in operation in 2 month faster than plan. I have saved $210 000 of CAPEX budget. I have built new WMS warehouse ($5 mil project). I have built our company’s own distribution net and make our company supplier of METRO, Auchan, Watsons, Fozzi, some Ukrainian and Russian retail networks
