1. إدارة مخازن الشركة والتأكد من التزامها بأنظمة التخزين والأمن والسلامة.
2. إدارة المخزون بطريقة احترافية والعمل على ان لا تضيع أي فرصة بيعيه سواء في مبيعات الجملة او التجزئة.

6. تخطيط المخازن وإدارة الفضاءات وعمل مخطط هيكلي لإدارة المخازن وتخطيط متطلبات السعه المستقبلية.
7. تطبيق مبدأ تخفيض التكاليف في كافة الانشطة في مخازن الشركة.
8. توظيف واختيار العاملين في إدارة المخازن والنقل والعمل على تدريبهم وتنمية مهارتهم.
9. الاشراف على نظام الجرد المستمر والجرد السنوي بالتنسيق مع الإدارة المالية.
10. مراقبة أسباب التلف الجزئي والكلي للبضائع والعمل على تلافيها والاقلال من حدوثها.
11. إدارة الرقابة على المخزون وتحديد مخزون الأمان ونقطة إعادة الطلب والحد الأدنى والأعلى للمخزون.
12. التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة الكفء والفعالة لتدفق وتخزين البضاعة والمعلومات ذات الصلة من نقطة المنشأ الي نقطة الاستهلاك.
13. التأكد من سلامة إجراءات الصرف والتوريد ومراقبة ارصدة المخزون.
14. متابعة البضاعة الراكدة والتالفة وتحديد قيمتها ومتابعة تصريفها.
15. الاشراف على عمليات الشحن والتفريغ والتحقق من سلامة الإجراءات.

7. Responsibility for scheduling, checking and overseeing delivery and installation orders.

10. Ensuring that delivery and installation orders of sold products are carried out daily according to schedule for all customers in all areas of Saudi Arabia through 20 branches.
11. Contact customers in advance to coordinate time of delivery and installation orders.
12. Increasing customer satisfaction while striving to reach company goals.
13. Ensuring that the staff and trucks have necessary equipment and tools as well as equip them when the need arises.
14. Supervising and leading successful performance of delivery and installation teams of drivers, which includes communication and enforcement of company procedures and policies.

With regard to inventory management there were major tasks as follows:
1. Planning, implementing and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods and related information from point of origin to point of consumption.
2. Procurement planning, demand forecasting, assuring that all sales needs well be met.
3. Managing stock control and determine the safety stock, reorder point, minimum and maximum stock.
4. Managing the operational activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, distribution, preservation and issue of goods, processing the customers' orders, directing the damaged goods and return goods handling
5. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
With regard to Warehouses management there were major tasks as follows:
1. Achieving optimum storage space utilization and proper protection for stored goods and making work organization chart.
2. Planning future capacity requirements.
3. Making sure that the health and safety requirements are met.
4. Implementing cost reduction principle in all warehouses transactions and activities.
5. Responsibility for the managing of 20 warehouses throughout Saudi Arabia and making the estimated budget of warehouses.
With regard to Staff management there were major tasks as follows:
1. Creating and setting up structure and workflow chart.
2. Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
3. Organizing all activities and assigning jobs for staff.
4. Creating and setting up key performance indicators as well as observing and evaluating the performance.
5. Leading, coordinating and instructing the staff and improving their skills.

Finally with regard to Transportation management there were major tasks as follows:
1. Managing the transportation fleet.
2. Negotiation of rates with carrier representatives.
3. Ensuring timely, accurate and efficient shipment of all branches and customer orders.
4. Supervising and coordinating the unloading of inbound shipments.
5. Reducing the cost of transportation as must as possible.
