- Oversee inventories ‘Preparing, organizing, executing & adjusting ‘
- Monthly committees to discuss ‘ Shrinkage, Possible causes, New procedure & plans to control it.
- Random weekly count (by brands) to keep close follow up on stocks.
- Follow up daily process, receiving, returns, transfers, all transactions between sites and credit notes from suppliers to ensure the healthy stock and no discrepancies.
- Follow up Damaged and discontinued goods on monthly basis to keep stock clean and updated.
- Track and investigate any missing items in order to avoid negative stocks and prevent shrinkage.
- Inventories’ analysis in order to discover the possible shrink causes.
- Follow up warehouse and storage areas to ensure the healthy receiving and storing for goods.
- Monthly meetings with showrooms and stores to train them on controlling stocks.
- Follow up credit notes with supplier to close it and remove all damaged goods.
-Checking and inspecting Sales return, Purchase return, Supplier return.
My responsibilities and duties are :-
- Communicating with all section of the company for providing Good customer service.
- Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, Minimize costs and maximize working capital.
- Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes and Discrepancy Adjustment.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system & Filing necessary Document.
- Posting of manual invoices to the system Using Supply Chain System (ERP).
- Negotiate with customer and Manager for better result/performance.
- Immediately alert the Retail Manager and Asset/Finance Manager when a budget is exceeded.
- Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the storeroom for returns/credits. This area will include out of dates, damaged and un-saleable goods.
- Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers/Vendors within the buying parameters set by the business.
My Responsibilities and duties are :-
- Keep updating to management about warehouse Stock level and condition.
- Assist inbound and outbound to Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Packing and labeling products before they are dispatched.
- Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated Areas.
- Operating a forklift, boom truck and front-end loader.
- Welcoming and helping clients who visit the branch.
- Negotiated contracts with vendors and Manager for better performance/achievement.
- Supervising the work of junior staff.
- Removing hazardous products from the warehouse.
- Consider smooth stock flow to maintain 3R (Items should pick/available in Right Time, Right Quantity with Right/Good Condition).
- Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
Comprehensive understanding of a store activity. (Inbound and outbound.)
Checking stock Expire date & damage stock in while receiving, receive according to bill & invoice.
Follow up LIFO & FIFO system.
Communication with clients.
To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials with a proper record.
Monitoring the staff and stock level of the store and inform to management about current stock level/position. etc..
