• Overseeing the receiving, storage, and the distribution activities of the Kingdom's 09 major warehouses and 33 sub-warehouses.

• Liaising with vendors & concerned heads, verifying their invoices along with other necessary documents to ensure that all are in order.
• Monitor and control all the financial matter under the receiving and ensure its proper functioning and cost level on all levels.
• Inventory management that implements the effective stock control system.
• Organizing relevant training sessions.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and concern Managers.
