Job Profile: leads operation department to efficiently manufacture budgeted amount of products while meeting safety, environmental, and quality objectives. Ensures practices are in alignment with company vision in the above areas.. With high productivity and safety.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the plant's production function by maximizing the production of clinker in all production lines (2 Lines) with 21000 TPD.
2. Ensure availability of raw materials and additives for efficient operation and production of all the production units.
3. Ensure that only best quality of clinker and cement is produced in the plant.
4. Ensure the process optimization of crushing, pyro processing and grinding units, so that cost of production is kept minimum.
5. Ensure compliance to ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 system.
6. Maintain stock and keeping records, so that it can be verified by any auditing agency.
7. Contribute in the raw mix design in such a manner that limestone deposit in the quarry is consumed without any loss of the minerals.
8. Ensure safety in all departments.
9. Train and motivate all the employees for the best performance.
10. Direct the effective and efficient use of plant production equipment and people.
11. Provide leadership to department employees by directing, coaching, supporting and delegating as the situation requires.
12. Assist plant management in anticipating future needs of the plant.
13. Maintain working relationship with other departments, QC & Maintenance Dept. to allow smooth dovetailed plant operation.
14. Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians, engineers, head of dept. and other production personnel. Invite and Implement new ideas for production improvement.
15. Analyze repeated failures and initiate corrective measure based on findings. Provide technical advice, opinions and necessary support for effective operation and maintenance of plant equipment’s.
