Responsible to maintain, support, install and configures all PCs Software/ Hardware & Switches & Routers and end point local network connectivity for all users along with giving a full support for the company systems.

Maintenance and Support

- Hardware
o Handling all the CISCO IP Telephones installation for the end user using the following models ( Cisco 8800 Series IP Phone - Cisco 7800 Series IP Phone).
o Installation and configuration all kind of printers such as (RICHO - HP - SAMSUNG - Epson - Canon - Zebra - Datacard ID, Dot Matrix Printer, …etc) and other peripherals.
o Fully responsibility of configuring tablets and iPads for the crew SkySales along with updating the apps and inventory management for Saudia Airline, Flynas, and Flyadeal.
o Preparation of purchasing of hardware’s and peripherals.
o Installation and configuration of the punch machines along with adding, deleting employees for the punch machine.
o Provide a LAN connectivity (WiFi/Cable) Troubleshooting & Support.


- Software
o Format PCs & laptops, and Install drivers and all the stander suite of softwares such as ( Windows7/8/10, MS Office, browsers, antivirus program, company softwares, adobe, ..etc ).
o Handling a full support of Oracle Cloud Application for employees.
o Handling a full support of Time Attendance System for all departments and sections till closing the monthly payroll of the company.
o Handling all the installation, maintenance, updates, and recording for investigations of CCTV security cameras for the company.
o Handling the IT assets inventory system for the whole company (Computers - Monitors - Printers - scanners - Network Switches & Equipments - Servers).
o Preforming routines client PC maintenance such as systems backups and images, windows updates, disk size monitoring, archiving emails, remove non-standard software whenever required.

- Communication
o Handling and resolving all the related tickets support of IT using IT Service Desk application for men and ladies sections, and giving support remotely, walk-in support, or telephone support for the whole company buildings in Head Office including terminals 1, 2, 5, and royal lounges.
o Responsible to resolve any kind of complaints from departments and sections that related to IT.
o Responsible for preparing and signing all the IT related forms such as (Network request, email and internet request, PC evaluation, PC referrals form, clearance for employees, and purchase request.
o Designing all the announcements presentation of the company TV using Adobe photoshop and illustrator along with giving a full support for lines of managers.


- Additional Responsibilities
o Maintain I.T. standard policies and procedures in place.
o Automate our IT forms through SharePoint.
