Reporting to the GM/COO, Responsible for the implementation, and development of all Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) system activities including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISM, ISPS, and MLC management systems, also responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance to IMCA, IMO(Statutory), Flag, Class, and internal policies.
Full ownership of development, implementation, monitoring and management of; QMS, HSE, Manuals, Policies, Procedures, Forms, Records, Audits, Management Review, Risk Assessments, Accident/Incident/Near miss, LTA, QHSE Meetings, Drills, Permit Systems, Change Management, Motivation, NC Handling, Planning, Continuous improvement, goal setting and monitoring, Customer Satisfaction, stakeholder management, and External Certification.
Working closely with the GM, COO, and the senior department heads including; DPA, CSO, Technical, Operations, HR, Crewing, Contracting, and Purchasing, on department and companywide improvements, establishments of policies and procedures, and working closely with and advising on daily activities and projects.

2019 ADAMS: As part of a team, planned and implemented companywide cost optimization initiatives.
2018 ADAMS: Assigned responsibility for IKTIVA related activities.
2018 ADAMS: Developed and actively implemented Procedures for sale and deactivation of vessels, including stakeholder management.
2018 ADAMS: Designed, implemented and rolled out Cyber Security Procedures in coordination with IT department.
2017 ADAMS: Implemented a Code of Conduct Policy for the organization governing behavior onshore and offshore.

2016 ADAMS: Developed and upgraded procedures related to internal inspection, internal audit, certificate tracking, and risk assessments. Resulted so far, in less client inspection findings, and quicker on hire for the vessels, no external certification body NC’s raised for the year compared to 6 the previous year, significant drop in incidents from 37 to 16 in 2016 compared to 2015 and no LTA for the year, compared to 2 previous year.
2016 ADAMS: Aided in the enhancement of the Planned Maintenance Systems performance for the Vessels and the diving equipment.
2016 ADAMS: Developed and delivered four internal courses related to Safety Management, Security Management, Wire Rope integrity, and Confined Space Entry.
2016 ADAMS: Developed and implemented initial company procedures and management systems related to ISO 9001 and MLC for ADAMS CREWING LIMITED, 2nd Quarter 2016.

Reporting to North GCC District Manager.
General management of all commercial and operational activities in Bahrain and East coast of Saudi, including P&L ownership, budgeting, cost control, hourly rate control, and KPI building and follow up.

2014 DNVGL: Transferred 7 vessels to DNVGL class from competitors making the total 17 compared to 2 at the beginning of my assignment as country manager.
2014 DNV/DNVGL: Led the district through a major merger. Bahrain was the first country in Middle East to complete the merger, cross train surveyors, and get the Bahrain Flag authorization.
2013 DNV: Improved results of people satisfaction survey results of 2013 for Bahrain by 15 % compared with 2012 with results 7.7% higher than DNV average worldwide.
2012 DNV: exceed the Annual budgeted Revenue by 59 % for the station, and exceeded the budgeted profit by 198% for the year.
