* Audit Pink GTP (Green Ticket Price) copies by matching the vehicle information from the
GTP to the Kerridge System
* File Pink GTP copies
* Keep, make copies, and maintain documents
* Assist with the daily duties of the Logistics Manager
* Update the comments and remarks for Damaged Marine Claim Vehicles using the
Kerridge System for Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and other Branches
* Keep records of Damaged Vehicles
* Hold and release the Damaged Vehicles using the Kerridge System
* Maintain the excel sheet and keep records for Marine Claim Vehicles
* Check the Inventory of Stockyard Vehicles on a monthly basis and prepare an excel sheet.
Should any problems arise, such as the inconsistent count between physical count and
Kerridge System remarks, sort out the difference and immediately report to the concerned
Manager and other branches
* Produce and prepare reports
* Maintain and keep records of miscellaneous documents

Ensure proper and accurate records and files are maintained
* Research required information using available resources
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Ensure data is entered into the system
* Report promptly, weekly and/or required
* Update records responsively
