II. Operations and Business Process

a. Serve as main focal point in MSE Saudi for the design, development, and implementation of all HC related programs and projects.
b. Close coordination with Corp. HC Department and Division Administration for implementation of HC programs / procedures and day-to-day activities.
c. Ensure all documentation and approvals for recruitment and separation of employee’s in MSE Saudi are as per company policy and procedures.
d. Provide HC Report on monthly basis to Saudi Management & Corp. HC Department including all programs and projects of Human Capital activities.
e. Ensure that all activities of HC across MSE Saudi within the current company policies and procedures.
f. Ensure that employee’s database of MSE Saudi and operating Division’s are accurate and up to date.
g. Update and forward status report of Job Assessment, Training Monitor Record, Welcome Kit, etc… on monthly basis to Corp. HC Department.
h. Coordinate with Saudi HSEQ, Div. OM & Corp. HC for arrangement of trainings, whenever required.

i. Provide assistance and supervision to Division Administration’s on various HC programs and functions.
j. Create & update Job Descriptions in coordination with respective Managers, whenever require.
k. Continuously monitor the salary scale of MSE Saudi and ensure it is as per the existing market.
l. Schedule and conduct Exit Interview for separated employee’s as per company procedure.
m. Coordinate and assist in the budget preparation.
n. To maintain confidentiality at all times.
o. Provide yearly report on the status of company personnel manpower and training, etc... 25
p. Provide a SMART plan on how to achieve goals and objectives set for the Company HC.

a. Ensure a proper orientation of newly hired employees on company policies and procedures and ensure that the others (Division, HSEQ, Finance, Administration & Public Relations) are properly conducting the orientation.
b. Oversee in the assurance that all employees are assessed accordingly on a yearly basis on the date of the employee’s anniversary joining of last assessment date.
c. Ensure to conduct Customer Care Seminars (I~IV) to all employees including new hires.

d. Ensure a proper dissemination of information to all employees with regards to local labor laws, company policies and procedure.
e. Ensure harmonious relationship with all employees by coordinating company get together and other social activities.
f. Provide appropriate reports and recommendations to Corp. HC Department & Saudi Management re. employee’s turnover and employee’s grievance.
g. Update employee’s personnel file regularly, whenever revisions take place such as Salary History, Training Sheet, Employee Details, etc…
h. Handle scheduling of Psychometrics Test in coordination with Corp. HC of all candidates of MSE Saudi and all operating Division’s therein.
i. Handle requests of Email Subscription to MSE Saudi employee’s in coordination with Corp. HC Dept.
j. Monitor Career Development of all MSE Saudi employees.

7- COORDINATE BETWEEN DIVISION'S REPRESENTATIVES FOR COMPLETING HC TASKS AS PER COMPANY POLICY AND PROCEDURES AS WELL AS LAND LAW.

8- MONITOR & CONDUCT CUSTOMER CARE SEMINARS ON WEEKLY BASIS AND UPDATE RECORDS.

9- DISTRIBUTION OF EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION FORM TO THE CANDIDATES THOSE ARE VISITING TO OUR PREMISES FOR JOB OPPORTUNITIES AS WELL AS OVERSEAS CANDIDATES VIA EMAILS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.

10- VERIFY THE EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION FORM AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED BY THE CANDIDATES ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR COMPANY'S MINIMUM QUALIFICATION TO HIRE AND PROVIDE SHORT - LISTED DOCUMENTS TO DIVISION'S REPRESENTATIVE AS NEEDED FOR INTERVIEWING THE CANDIDATES.

11- CARRY - OUT HIRING PROCESS FOR ADMIN FAMILY AS WELL AS PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO DIVISION REPRESENTATIVE'S FOR CONDUCTING INTERVIEW THOSE CANDIDATE WHO CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH.

12- COORDINATE BETWEEN DIVISION'S REPRESENTATIVES AND SAUDI NATIONAL CANDIDATES UNTIL FINALIZING THE EMPLOYMENT.

13- PREPARE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION ENGLISH AND ARABIC A AND WHEN REQUIRED, AS PER INSTRUCTIONS.

14- SCANNING AND PHOTOCOPYING OF HC RELATED DOCUMENTS AS AND WHEN REQUESTED BY HC DEPARTMENT.

15- FOLLOW-UP ON FILES SENT TO ABU DHABI FOR APPROVALS AS WELL AS FOLLOW-UP WITH DIVISIONS REPRESENTATIVE FOR ANY PENDING HC RELATED MATTERS.

16- PROVIDE ASSISTANT TO DIVISION'S REPRESENTATIVE, HSEQ DEPARTMENT CORP. TRAINING CHAMPION DURING CONDUCTING TRAINING IF NEEDED.
