Responsibilities:
The position is a key player in company’s supply chain Organization,
where cost control and on time delivery are my major concerns to keep
operations running and price competitive. I must utilize procurement
functionality to optimize the material supply flow over an extended
period of time, thus actively contributing in the control of Working
Capital and company’s liquidity.
- Ensures that Company policies are well understood, accepted,
and followed.
- SQ and SHE (Service Quality and Safety, Health, &
Environment): Ensure full compliance with policies, in all
aspects of the Supply Chain activity.
- Must have strong ethics in dealings with Suppliers &
Contractors. (Comply with company Ethics and Business
Conduct Policy).
- Expected to review, sign and adhere to the Code of Ethics
for Purchasing Goods and Services
- Following up all the new orders for all departments till
handover to B/L’s - B/U.
- Coordinate and facilitate with suppliers and warehouse team
- Coordinate with Transportation/Logistic Companies to send
shipment to oilfields.
- Training performance to warehouse employees.
- Coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Maintains store area by organizing floor and shelves space;
adhering to storage design principles; recommending
improvements.
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Working on EPICOR system (online) to updating and make
GR for all AGU POs.
- Recoding every single request & Order.

ensure efficient delivery.
