-Organizing and supervising the operation of regional Repair and Service centers.

-Provide technical support for both internal and external customers.

-Responsible for field service and inventory Budget and Projection.

-Ensure that technical training needs of installation team are met in time.

-Monitoring customer difficulties and warranty claims and reporting problems.

-Liaising with Specialist Technicians to correct faults.

-Continuous improvement in delivery of installation service to the customers through more efficient and effective processes.

• Duties & Responsiblites:
- Execute the work as per approved shop drawings and standards of both diciplines ( Civil and Architectural works ).
- Assign and monitor work of foremans in accordance to required progress and quality.
- Dealing with subcontractors for (Facade Cladding, Walls Cladding, Roof Steel Structure, BMU, Elevators and Escalators).
- Undertake team briefings and inception activities to ensure all aspects of work are understood by all concerned parties.
- Coordination with MEP department.

- Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
- Undertaking QC reporting interaction with other departments of Company and clients to assure production schedules and deliveries are met.
- Reporting on the scheduling of man/material movements for all aspects of construction and or maintenance activity.
- Acting as a liaison with contractors managing any work interfaces and enhancements to project scope.
- Reviewing and evaluating technical submittals and shop drawings to discuss any corresponding with responsible parties.
- Assist the Construction Manager in preparation of required resources (man power - material - sub contractors).
- Finally pushing the work to achieve the minimum duration of all activities with acceptable safety and quality as decreasing as possible.
