Job description: + Responsible for preparing contracts with clients, following up production schedule; arranging with production dept., preparing Commercial invoices & Packing lists for clients, contacting containers & the forward companies to get Bill of Lading, issuing EUR.1 & Certificate of Origin, sending set of documents whether directly to the client or through the bank, also obtaining Subsidy.
+ Lately I handle clients' orders, local sales, Solve Customs' & Subsidy problems and Supervise sales team carrying out all above tasks.
+ Understand the nature of business, maintain the close relationship with clients, communicate with overseas sales officers and ensure that the necessary coordination is being performed.
