Ensuring the sustainability of the business deliverables by developing back up plans with production and purchasing for alternative supplies in case of shortage with proper and efficient response time.
Managing an OPEX budget worth 15 Million Euro.
Overall responsibility to manage initiatives in North Africa cluster (3 Countries)
