Maintain regular contact with the production and packaging operations to ensure that there is effective coordination and that sales requirements are met.

Share the production plan with the supply chain team
Act as the communication bridge between all external departments and supply chain.
Follow up on the implementation of all refining/third party packing contracts with other manufacturing companies to secure the most commercially favorable terms for the company.

Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process.

Provide continuous communication to the customers about their samples, orders and other logistic issues.
Facilitate, accelerate and co-ordinates with various factory units the processing of all customers’ needs to speed up the execution of these needs in order to be able to increase customer’s satisfaction. This includes samples follow-up and approvals, pending in orders and processing of documentation plus any other special requests.
Work in conjunction & communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections and shipments of international orders.
Negotiate freight rates with logistics providers via formal RFQ s
