Coordinate supply of finished goods, components and parts to intercompany and warehouses.
Achieve target customer service levels and inventory turn levels based on forecast error and bias trends, manufacturing capacity/flexibility and customer service and inventory turn goals. Review monthly.
Maintain regular contact with the production and packaging operations to ensure that there is effective coordination and that sales requirements are met.
Challenge the supply chain team on the best possible ways to honor the demand needs
Share the production plan with the supply chain team
Act as the communication bridge between all external departments and supply chain.
Follow up on the implementation of all refining/third party packing contracts with other manufacturing companies to secure the most commercially favorable terms for the company.
Analysis and assessing the performance of production lines / refining and all manufacturing facilities.
Maintain all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process.
Spot the production deviations and report it and giving directions.
Analyzing the changed in the production plan and take the necessary action with the production team.
Handle accounts for various industries.
Organizing all shipping aspects by Sea and Road to/from Europe, Africa, Middle East, Far East destinations & America.
Responsible for the inland haulage services for export shipments
Experience with INCOTERMS
Experience with Chartering.
Provide continuous communication to the customers about their samples, orders and other logistic issues.
Facilitate, accelerate and co-ordinates with various factory units the processing of all customers’ needs to speed up the execution of these needs in order to be able to increase customer’s satisfaction. This includes samples follow-up and approvals, pending in orders and processing of documentation plus any other special requests.
Work in conjunction & communicate with logistics providers to arrange collections and shipments of international orders.
Negotiate freight rates with logistics providers via formal RFQ s
Preparation & distribution of shipping documentation.
Out of gauge cargo handling expertise.
Provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery, payment and insurance services.
Arrange for consolidation and/or deconsolidation of containers.
