•Motivates, guides, and counsels the line staffs to ensure set targets are met, specific project plans are implemented, and administrative issues are concluded.
•Facilitates the staff training, provide safe, secure, clean and fair work environment
•Escalates technological applications requirements and constraints to the Management, supporting the Sales team to conduct the feasibility study by providing costing, KPI’s and SOP’s
•Ensure timely accurate Billing to the clients.
•Reviews the Interdepartmental, Inter Sectional and Client SLA’s periodically, recommends review of contracts and SLA’s where service levels exceed or cannot cope with requirements.
•Ensures company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (i.e. accounting, operational, safety, regulatory and administrative).
•Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.

Sourcing and setting up to 12 warehouses over KSA to British American Tobaco including the Governmental approvals and certifications.
Completed the Ministry of Health Warehouse assesment and Upgrading in DMM, Riyadh, Qasim, and Madina.

Setting up the 1st Private Bonded Area in KSA outside the port.

 Provide most Efficient and Economic solutions for unplanned urgent logistics matters (urgent shipments to any destination in the ME, handle unplanned diverted shipments to JA); this is done in close coordination with the Supply Planners.
 Make sure that the 3rd parties are complying with Nestle Standards and Policies in Storing, Stocks handling, adopting FEFO policy in dispatching, loading, and shipping.
 Control the Trucks / Containers utility in order to minimize the cost.
 Contact person between various departments in NME (Supply Chain, FIN, Regulatory Affairs, marketing, and Quality Control) and all logistics 3rd party service providers.
 Check and approve the logistics 3rd parties’ invoices before forwarding it to Finance/ payables, and follow up for Credit Notes when applicable, within a frame of time.
