Achievements
- Achieved 25% Reduction on Safety Stock Level for some of the packaging materials that acquire a considerable space in the warehouses. Successfully, this positive approach & push for world-class excellence project led to reducing the space constraints at the warehouse by 25%, having more cash flow & ultimately saved more than 10M SAR with ZERO impact on materials availability or 100% service level despite the huge/frequent volume of changes by other functions.
- Demonstrated high performance & delivering 100% Service Level despite revising the safety parameters.
- Met targets in successful new launches for the handled categories.
- Exercised diligence especially in planning for the yoghurt brands that underwent multiple renovation plans ensuring minimum write-off each time.
A charity experience where I have been assigned to work closely with Board of Directors, consultants, administrators & other relative parties, to ensure continuity throughout the processes of procurement’s operations for the under-construction project “Shamah Modern Autism Center”, which was a mutual interesting collaborate between Saudi Oil Company (Aramco) and Shumua Al Amal for Special Education & Rehabilitation Co. to promote in a very high standards services, care and treatments for Autism in the Saudi Arabia & Middle East.

Standardized project procedures for each & every category, which includes (Preparation/Listing all the required Equipment & Furniture’s for the shop, led communications with potential local/European vendors, recruiting & training for the new dynamic elements for this Center, Defined the possible start implementation process, work & documentation flowcharts to avoid repetition, aligned with all parties involves in this project on an organization structure across activities/departments, provided
reports & feedback on operation improvements & strategy development.
- The main role was to lead imported Raw materials operation in Procter & Gamble - Dammam plant as 4th party logistics provider. Managing a +80m $ portfolio for (Laundry Category).
- Support implementation & delivery of integrated transportation solutions as part of Supply Chain solutions to Procter & Gamble.
- Maintaining a +95% service level on materials availability adhering to agreed safety stock levels.
- Handling cross-functional interfaces with Demand, Manufacturing Depts. & Central buying Unite to ensure alignment of inbound operations.
- Optimizing the efficiency of the company procurement process (Reducing Lead-Time, follow up to ensure on-time deliveries, measuring supplier performance by creating scorecards report for supplier’s KPI’s & highlighted gaps.
