•Oversee the day to day operation
•Reviewing and analyzing stock position and categories
•Communicating with buying, retail and distribution to ensure effective control and operation of the stores.
•Organize sales promotions events periodically and prospect new customers to increase business and reach sales targets.
•Making sure that all store policies and procedure are implemented and maintained.
•Calculating and setting store budgets.
•Prepare and do the training for Bahrain store managers, supervisors, and sales team.
•Gathering information for each and every brand and share it with the concern team.
•Coordinate between the brands and the stores for all visual merchandise relevant, and to keep the image of the brands up to the standard.
•Implementing and sharing new ideas with the management team to improve the business and performance.
•Coordinate between all company departments in order of having smooth operation.
•Do the requisitions needed from head quarter warehouse to cover the market requirements.
•Holding weekly meeting with managers and supervisor for more understanding for the business needs and requirements.
•Guide, coach and motivate the managers, supervisors and sales team continuously to bring out their potential, and enable them to improve their performance.
•Manage performances and conduct appraisal for all retail stores managers and supervisors.
••Minimize stores operation expenses where possible.
•Overseeing schedules for all relevant departments (visual merchandisers, cashiers and sales) throughout all locations.
•Liaise with customers, principals and head office for ensuring the smooth functioning of the stores.
•Reporting any incidents that may occur on the shop floor to HR department and Retail Manager respectively.
•Reporting the brands performance to both the Buying and Commercial Departments.
•Gather market intelligence in order to stay ahead of competition.
