ACHIEVEMENTS:
The Company was in transition when I joined and their main challenge was the shortage of technical labors. I started
restructuring the company starting with personnel department to report to HR instead of finance, then implementation
of new administrative system, built a new organization structure, salary structure, grading system and career path for
different departments. Recruitment system was developed and the company is now hiring through 12 external
recruitment agencies from different countries to match with the growing business occurred during my service. HR
managed to increase employees numbers from 1450 to 4000 employees to cover the need occurred due to increase of
business and to cover the shortage they had before. HR made other achievements in cost reduction of employees’
services, telecom, airlines tickets and stationary and all those achievements in total helped stabilizing the company in a
new level.

Intermaint is a National Company in the field of construction, fabrication and maintenance in the heavy
industrial Market. It is the main contractor of Assuit Cement (CIMX), Amreyah Cement (CIMPOR) and Ezz
Dekhiela Steel (EZ-DK) In my field, I was responsible for 100 Engineers and 1000 technicians.
