 Led Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma project team in automating the taping process and layout improvements achieving 60, 000 € by minimizing wastes.
 Develop timing plans, co-ordinates the activities necessary to assure the successful introduction of new products in the agreed time.
 Communicate with customers and suppliers to achieve proper introduction of projects to deliver a quality product in a cost effective way.
 Assess facilities planning concepts: design layouts with optimum material flow to achieve the best MOM and area utilization.
 Maintain continuous improvement by identifying problems in manufacturing and solving those using appropriate techniques.

 Supervised the processes of 2 production lines (Annealing and Pickling).
 Researched and developed the annealing program achieving 3 hrs saving from the annealing cycle which reduced the consumed energy and material with total savings of 80, 000€.
 Developed working instruction for many production lines.
 Conducted feasibility studies for various new pickling lines and selected the best offer that would fulfill the requirements.

 Developed Time Studies for the Opel Corsa assembly line which increased the daily production of the line.(group project)
 Attended sessions on the assembly and disassembly of various automotive gearboxes.
