 Responsible for the entire Presales Design and Estimation activities of all the project enquires for the Technical Department specifically for IT, IOT, Cyber Security, and ELV systems.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT and IT industry.
 Management of key vendors such as Aruba, HP, Cambium, Ruckus Wireless, Cisco, Meraki, Motorola, Zebra, Alcatel Lucent, Advantech, and Axis, Fortinet on a regional basis, development of solid relationships, and enhancement of rebates and kickbacks for Infrateq Group regionally.
 Generate leads and develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
 Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for client.
 Gather bid/user requirement from tender specification; evaluates and recommends new/upgrade of hardware to meet the project/tender requirement.
 Development of business plans, forecasting tools, and profitability KPIs.
 Keeps abreast of technological advancement, emerging standards, and new hardware solutions to provide proven, innovative, cost-effective, and quality solutions continuously.
 Management of certification and training requirements for the department to align with vendors and industry requirements.

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products for the end-to-end life cycle of Wireless, Wired network & ELV systems (design, deployment, operation).
• Prepare a design for light-current systems which is cost-effective and meets customer requirements. Designs include solutions for Network Infrastructure (passive and active) using multi vendors' products like (Hikvision, Pelco, Hanwha, UNV) for CCTV, (Corning, Commscope, Datwyler &Panduit) for passive solutions, (2N AXIS company, Hikvision & nedap) for access control systems.
• Integrate vendor and partner market studies, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Understand the organization's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry

Developing, finding and Support the Implementation of new innovative technologies Strategic & evaluating new approaches like
((Energy Management, IOT, LPWAN technologies (LoRaWAN, SigFox, NB-IOT, …), Smart Cities, Digital Transformation, etc).
• Prepare technological trends analysis reports & new solution coverage report.
• Work on Multi-Discipline RFPs, identify Company scope of work, and scope split across different LOBs.
• Review completeness and integrity of consolidated proposals, BOQ and P&Ls.
• Communicate with Sales, PMs and Technical teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as clients’ needs and
projects challenges which can be an added value to the offering’s portfolio or changes in proposal.

• Design Wi-Fi systems based on customer specifications and utilizing the appropriate technology and vendor strategies through in-depth Wi-Fi standards, knowledge, and practical experience.
• Experience with WIFI 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Site Survey/ Network Planning using (Ekahau /Air Magnet / Huawei Wlan planner).
• Responsible for RFID system design for integration with next-generation UHF RFID.
• Develop comprehensive project-based System Designs, Network Diagrams and Test Plans
• Define service requirements, architecture, design plans, and architect for Microwave, Pre-WIMAX links PMP/PTP links, with the aid of suitable tools to design, and verify proper solution topology (Path loss Link planner, Google Earth) Tools.
• Preparing technical and financial offers, including BOQ, RFP’s scope of work, statement of compliance, solution description, and draft Diagrams using VISIO and associated datasheets.
• Responsible for preparing technical documents (Frequency Planning, EIRP, Channel width) according to (NTRA) regulations.
