Responsible to plan, build organize, monitor, control and evaluate the operation and maintain the IT infrastructure information systems. Monitoring the switches health by using Spiceworks or BCM .
•Using ticketing system (SPICEWORKS) and all it’s plug-in.
•Supporting over than 150 users in the HQ and branches.
•Check the healthy status for all servers and all operations in the IT such as servers performance, availability, and backup status.
•Monitor all servers environment by using SIM (System Insight Manager
Installing and configuring new machines for joining the network.
•Taking care of the entire IT department including the network and hardware installation software and up gradation.
•Sending and receiving data to/from branches to our office to update the data, also making process in the main server.
•Configuring backup to our servers.
•Configure and prepare Point of sales machines.
•Searching for new technologies to apply it in site.
Monitoring network environment by using Spiceworks .

•Supporting all users and solving any issues faces them.
•Check the healthy status for all servers and all operations in the IT such as server’s performance, availability, and backup status and UPS status. Also using SIM (System Insight Manager) to monitor the Hp servers.
•Configure finger print machines and creating new users and solve any issues related to the machines.
•Operate and manage printing server and response to all issues related to the printing server also giving access to users whom need to print.
