2. Customer management especially the Major clients K-companies such as KOC, Joint Operations, project management companies and Contractors of KOC.
3. To provide Client’s demos, presentation and technical discussion.
4. Programming the Telematics devices with Customized configurations and setups.
5. Client whole software application set up and configuration.
6. Managing the team and maintaining the overall efficiency to complete the task on time.
7. Team management in terms of Allocation of work and supervision.
8. In line with the Telematics vendor, Improve and Enhance the device product and features.
9. Sourcing of new devices for the market requirement and support for the protocol integration with the GPS platform.
10. Quality control on the Platform for the data integrity and Dashboard, modules flow.
11. Month end reports delivery to the clients and as well as to the management

Responsible for managing the networks of the company and providing services to the client in terms of both software and hardware .

.Providing services to the client regarding the various share prices and their voice has been routed to the head office regarding the buying and selling of their shares.
