•Headhunting.
•Conduct interviews in UAE or India as per client's requirement.
•Coordinating with the clients and candidates.
•Providing support to clients and Candidates in establishing a central helpdesk for requests/ complaints until the mobilization of the new employee is completed.
•Maintain and update personnel records and internal automated database
Assisting the HR Department in Day-to-Day running of HR office.
