• Coordinating closely with customers to streamline processes and to solidify Elexon’s reputation for effectively dealing with £14 million of customer funds on an annual basis
• Spearheading each phase of the Service from inception to completion, ensuring the development goes smoothly and software drops are delivered as planned in 2 or 3 schedules
• Spearheading the transition of 2nd line and 3rd line support from the existing team, delivering the services - Application Support, Configuration management, Change management and Release Management
• Successfully managed the £ 6 million worth of Service delivery budget of the customer
• Spearheading the implementation of 50+ Change requests approved by the customer
• Tracking and reporting the transition of knowledge through the KT score card and KT tracking tool, presenting the results to customers on a weekly basis
• Successfully managed escalations between Stakeholders. The Stakeholders were Cognizant, Centrica Service Management team and Centrica business team
• Conducting various interviews and screening processes to identify and recruit a team of 20 within a 15 day period as the offshore project manager
• Training new team members on necessary systems use and procedures, ensuring a rigorous adherence to process compliance at all times
• Managing the SLA adherence as per ITIL standards, ensuring all production support tickets are fixed and closed before SLA, whilst drafting rigorous budgets to bolster the project’s goals
• Governing all logistical processes and procedures vis a vis client visits i.e. coordinating hotel arraignments, organising meeting rooms and handling flight itineraries
• Successfully increasing compliance from 89 to 99% during the first month of steady state, whilst delivering 4 new releases on schedule and complete with 25 new enhancements
• Achieving the ‘Best Performer’ E&U AOY award in 2008 as well as the ‘Perfectionist’ Manlog team award, also in the same year
• Providing critical support in the acquisition of 2 new contracts for Cognizant
• Migrating approximately 800 parts in a two-step initiative to transition Access, lotus approach applications from the customer’s desktop environment to standardized windows XP
• Leading all phases of the project, including initial discovery, detailed discovery, technical build, lab conversion, packaging and deployment
• Supervising a team of 12 programmers in the planning and estimation of daily deliveries, implementing innovative measures to create clear processes for each phase
• Successfully achieving migration via the delivery of 381 applications on schedule

• Analysing the availability of CRs already within the Exceed product in order to establish whether the request is an 'Enhancement' or a 'Development'
• Troubleshooting a whole cornucopia of bugs and problems within the testing phase, whilst identifying and eliminating various performance failures
• Defining the scope for both the testing and development team, as a solid foundation for the drawing up of a clear roadmap for the release

• Performing a myriad of programming tasks as Designer Analyst/Module Leader, such as analysing requirements, developing screens, bug fixing, coding and the review of codes
