Duty and Responsibility:
1. Handling Banking, finance, Auditing for the company
2. Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the company's general ledger
3. Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).
4. Cash management
5. Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
6. Resolves complex accounting issues or assists others personnel in resolving financial issues.
7. Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
8. Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
9. Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.
10. Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
1. Preparing financial reports, budgets, cost reports and financial forecasts on a regular basis.
2. Overseeing the accounting staff, and the financial analysts.
3. Mentoring accountants for purposes of ensuring that their accounting and analysis duties are done well.
4. Ensuring that the financial records are accurate.
5. Ensuring that every expense is properly documented.
6. Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled every end of the month.
