Manage different types of IT & Education programs/project in addition to the following responsibilities:
Build programs/projects structures, best delivery strategies, establish End - End roadmap and focusing on team performance during programs/projects life cycles.
Maintain client and company benefits, related added value across each program/project.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop governance policies, processes, tools and systems including templates, reporting, capacity planning, resource management and budget planning to improve efficiency, predictability & preparation for future plans & expansion strategies based on programs/projects needs.
Participate in bidding process to select vendors, enhance projects cost estimate, risk identification and mitigation, team capacity and providing projects delivery plans which aligned with program master plan.

Conduct periodical projects / programs status review and handle all escalated risks, issues from program team that are impacting programs’ delivery & related objectives.
Develop, maintain and publish Program/project KPIs, reports & dashboards that effectively track project delivery.
Solve complex issues by identifying the root cause, doing proper impact analysis, select the right solution actions with the right key stakeholders to avoid/minimize any negative impact on program/project level
Handle change requests from client side starting from evaluating the new request, conduct impact analysis, evaluate the result and to reflect final change on different plans, cost & quality.
Handle new organization initiatives that will serve in implementing new business vision, mission, objectives which may transferred later to programs or projects.
Participate in selecting & hiring new PMO staff like new project managers and coordinators.
Responsible for presales and technical activities, Technical Presentations, Follow up with customers, Generating Leads in Microsoft department for any third party solutions such as Citrix products, Captaris RightFax, Websense, Symantec/Veritas solutions, & Microsoft products.
Write the Technical documentation & proposals for the mentioned solutions, including solutions design, H.W & S.W. requirements, edition recommendation, product availability and redundancy plan.
Handling technical activities for different Microsoft products such as Domain & network services, Exchange 2003 server, ISA 2004/2006, WSUS, etc...
Manage & Deliver a statistics project to KSA - General Authority for Statistics with the following responsibilities:
Maintain main communication lines between GaStat top management, PMO, GOPA and different experts.
Overall project planning, implementation and quality control.
Ensure overall coordination of the project; work with project experts to maintain expected quality, timelines of their work and reports.
Prepare technical and progress reports on the project to client and GOPA management.
Consolidate experts input and checking quality of final results in cooperation with technical team leaders.
Ensure continuous follow up and conducting assessment of achievements against preapproved plans.
Prepare, coordinating, and follow up of the missions of all experts, drafting Term of Reference (ToR), get all required approvals to proceed, monitor & update work plans at implementation phase.
Manage & Deliver a Business Solutions Services program to du telecommunications company with the following responsibilities:
Plan program roadmap and translate different objectives to projects plans and ensure from alignment with program main plan.
Create projects timeline plans with managing & utilizing resources within 6 different teams.
Responsible for resource planning like determine type of needed resources, teams, roles & responsibilities, resource scheduling, tasks distribution, Monitor & control work progress for program life cycle.
Define the governance rules, polices & required controls to ensure from running the program/projects smoothly.
Manage risks, issues, plan a proper response plans with taking corrective actions when needed.
Follow up with external stakeholders to prepare any required integration such as preparing network components integration like MSC, SMSC, IN, HLR, etc.
