• Drive Business in the western region with focus on new leads & customer creation.
• Complete responsible for instrumentation & mechanical business in western region for pre- sales & post sales activities from quotation, order, and delivery to invoicing and closing.
• Evaluating RFQ, Datasheets, Drawings, Specification from customers to produce quote accordingly.
• Take ownership for customer inquiries, product quotation requests, proposals, Site Surveys, Reports & Estimation.
• Prepare quotes independently via CPQs and pricing tools for Brooks Instruments, Honeywell & SOR.
• Negotiations with suppliers & customers on technical & commercial factors of quotations.
• Implement Cross selling with existing key account customers.
• Make Site Surveys, Site Reports & Estimation in order to prepare offer for projects Inquiry.
• Account Manager of Instrumentation and Mechanical Sales for clients located at the Western Region like ARAMCO, SAMREF, YASREF, SABIC, PetroRabigh, Luberef, SEC, Sabic and SWCC.
• Promote AKH & Naizak range of products & approach the clients and initiate the opportunity.
• Position AKH & Naizak as the Supplier of Choice in the region.
• Handling products like Field Instruments like transmitters, rotameters, switches, temperature instruments, Control Valves, On - Off valves, Manual Valves, Tank Gauging & vibration monitoring systems.
• Evaluating tender, RFQ, ITB, documents, drawings, Specification.
• Floating inquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers /Subcontractors.
• Preparation of Quotations, costing sheet, site works estimation, mark-up, and sales orders.
• Preparation of Technical and commercial proposal as per Client requirement.
• Negotiations with suppliers & customers on technical aspects of product.
• Responsible for pre & post sales activity from quotation, order, delivery & invoicing.
• Prepare and review project quality plans, method statement & health safety plans.
• Prepare and implement Project Execution, HSE and QA/QC plans for each project assigned.
• Participate in Project Planning, Cost Control, Budgeting, Contract Administration, Project Reporting and Gate Approval activities.
• Approval, Procurement & inspection of project materials.
• Responsible for complete site activities for assigned projects.
• Conducting & supervising FAT and SAT for Analyzers and Sample System.
• Troubleshooting and functionality test for the installed analyzers, instruments & control system at site.
• Conducting site visit for evaluation of forthcoming projects and projects in hand.
• Supervision of erection and installation of DCS & Control panels at factory.
• Verify, Inspect Systems & marshalling cabinets’ assembly, BOM as per control system engineering documents like GA drawings, Internal Layouts, power distribution diagrams, I/O Assignment and Termination Details.
• Preparing IO assignment, Control modules - database & graphics development in Delta V DCS.
• Factory acceptance test for Delta V DCS controllers and control panel including hardware acceptance, loop checks as well as logic tests system with customer.
• Monitor & clear customer punch list items.
• Visit Sub-Contractor to perform inspection of marshalling cabinets before shipping to factory for FAT.
• Carrying out technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting of field instruments, Valves, PLC & DCS, Control System for Pidilite A-21 Plant unit, A-22 Plant Unit & Boiler Unit.
• Trouble shooting errors from field to DCS for any instruments or valves.
• Planning and executing preventive / predictive maintenance & shut down activities inside plants.
• Well versed with panel wiring diagrams and P&ID diagrams, cable schedules and instrumentation
Logic diagrams.
• Conducting preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of field instruments, control valves & on-off valves, bottom plate valves.
• Monthly preventive checking of Fire Alarm systems.
• Executing in-house projects, erection, and installation and commissioning of new instruments in field and DCS.
• Carrying out In house projects & modifications in process loops whenever required or requested.
