Provide assistance for the development and implementation of HSE management systems in coordination with
the line management.
* Ensure the Induction program for newly joined employees, educating them about the company policies, rules
and regulations safety &Security aspects etc.. and creating awareness about health & safety for contractors,
visitors & public etc
* Attend the client weekly, monthly and Co-ordination meetings. Maintaining all HSE documents and conducting in
house trainings.
* Develop and implement effective HSE policy and procedures for the departments and projects to achieve a safe
and healthy work environment
* Ensure all safety precautions are completed and checked prior to commencing the activity.
* Ensure PPE’s is always available with adequate stocks maintained and all personnel are wearing PPE’s as per
regulation straining of workforce on safety practices.
* Develop and implement safe system of work &PTW for the project in conjunction with the project HSE plan,
client & consultant requirements
* Ensure the Covid 19 awareness training conducted and make sure that good person hygiene of all employees.
Follow the all updated local authority requirements to prevent the virus spread.
* To conduct periodic internal environmental, health, and safety audits
* Investigate all accidents/Incident and Prepare accident / Incident/ Near miss report, review plant operation and
take remedial measures
* Facilitating communication and cooperation between management and employees on safety and health issues.
* Prepared & Submitting Daily, weekly & Monthly reports to the Head of HSE Division.
* Preparing risk assessment for all activities as required and ensuring full compliance with safety requirements
* Monitor and ensure on site job safety & security procedures are followed for prevention of accident / Incident /
near miss.
* Maintaining Equipment Inspection Record
* Lead and manage project HSE team.(Safety officers & assistance)
* To provide a day to day HSE service that is effective and suitable to support project Objectives and client
requirements.
