• Analysis of Business Requirements and Technical Requirements of the enhancements and studying the existing system
• Carrying out impact analysis for new enhancements of the system
• Analysis and Coding activities for enhancements and maintenance tasks.
• Preparing unit test plans for tasks and conducting unit and system testing
• Preparing Form Specification as per the template, Test Plans for forms and conducting Unit and System testing.
• Adding new forms and/or modifying the existing forms as per the requirement and dimensioning them properly.
• Adding Variable data for Variable forms.
• Conducting integration testing.
• Testing of all the components/functionality of the enhancements.
• Training and mentoring of new people coming into the team.
• Communicating and coordinating with Onsite.
